some people respond differently with varied protein intake. If you can, try to up the carbs so u preserve the decreased protein intake.
You should be aiming at more like 260+g. of protein per day...(If you weight 174lbs as your profile says)...
At 100-140g per day, your ability to 'maintain' has decreased, let alone your propensity to add LBM....
Try bringing pouches of tuna, and whey in a Ziploc bag.... just shake one up when you need to.
Try bringing sliced turkey and mixed nuts to school. that's what i do every tuesday and thursday. makes a great pro/fat meal or snack...

i actually bring mixed nuts and tuna to work/school for lunch and snacks. i know swole i just need to UP my intake but right now i dont have money to buy protein supps so i get all of my protein from foods. i forgot to mention im cutting right now so would i still need to take well over 200g?
In order to maintain mucle mass, I'd still suggest roughly 1.5+g/LB..
