    Is This Realistic?

10lbs of muscle by July 1st... been on strict diet for a little over a week now so it would be somewhere around 12 weeks on a strict diet, a clean bulk mainly.

well someone brought up the fact of muscle memory...i recently lost 25lbs of fat and muscle in a very short time because of time in a hospital and I'm hoping to get atleast 10 of it back by summer time so I don't look like I never stepped foot in a gym...and what do you mean by the long you do it because I know the longer youve been training its harder to make progress but are you tlaking about the long your on a diet?

10 lbs. of solid lean fat free mass in 3 months?

Not likely considering pros can barely (if that) put on 10 lbs. of "clean" muscle in a year on 1000's mgs of stuff.

Good luck though, I just don't see it happening. 10 lbs, yes, 10 lbs. of nothing but lean muscle tissue, no.

Muscle memory is not a myth. I knew a guy who was a 6'6" bean poll w/ 13" arms at one time. Several cycles later, and w/ GH I might add, he had 20 inchers. Then he caught limes disease. Back down to 151/2 inchers in like a year. I met him and he got all inspired to train again after like two or three years off. Well, one 10 wk cycle of test and dbol, and voila'! Back to 19 inchers!
