hard to do both at the same time but...

meal 1 - i would switch the berries for sugar free jam
meal 2 - be careful with protein bars, i wouldn't mix my fats and carbs. maybe substitue a shake for the bar
    meal 3 - looks good
meal 4 - not sure what saturn8 is and i would loose the fruit and again i'm not a big fan of protein bars...(most anyway)
    meal 5 - cool
meal 6 - throw some good fats in there (maybe olive oil on your salad)
    drink more water 5-7L
on a side note: damm you get up early!!

Weight, height, measurements, etc. Pretty much everyone wants the same goals as you, but while it isn't impossible, it is very dificult to gain muscle and shed fat at the same time. Post your stats and we can help you decide on the way to go first.

More muscle will result in a faster metabolism, muscle uses up energy(calories) to function. Weights may or may not put on muscle, it all depends on your routine and if your diet can support your workouts efficiently. If you diet isn't providing the right things, then your workouts are actually burning muscle. Read all the stickies very carefully, the ones in the workout forum too, those can help you understand everything a lot better.

maybe some tuna and flax or chicken breast and mixed nuts....not all protein bars are bad but most are not what you want if you are trying to shed bodyfat....

Your carbs are too high and you are not consuming enough healthy fats. Also, you do not want to consume fat and carbs in the same meal.

Have you read the cutting sticky?

    do that for sure.

I have been where you are, and morning cardio on an empty stomach with an ECA helped big time. And make sure you eat every meal on time every day. Most protein bars aren't good and I would only use them if you were gonna otherwise miss a meal. Like a last resort thing. And that's gonna come up from time to time for sure, but don't get lazy and eat them all the time. And be sure to look at the content of the bars you get and make sure they meet the macros required in the cutting sticky.

How much time do I need between PWO nutrition and next meal because that last meal would be the meal before bed and I would be missing one?

    Who is Winny?
I take this thing serious and do not want to screw up that is why I ask questions

Wait about an hour between PWO and your next meal.

PWO should be consumed immeadiately after training. How would you miss a meal? 2:15-6:00=3hrs45min

Wake up, drink two cups of water and take your ECA, and then jump on the bike and do cardio for 45min to an hour, then wait 30 min after to eat meal one. Lift later in the day sometime, and take your PWO immeadiately afterward, then ppwo an hour to an hour and a 1/2 after that.

    What is your fat burner?
