So I ran down to the grociery late last night because I was out of flax oil and the health foods store was closed.

I was looking for a small jar of olive oil just to tie me over but I found this other product that looks to be pretty usefull.

It is a cooking/salad oil called Enova.

It is diacylglycerol oil.

Per tbsp,

Vitamin E: 30%


The taste is very mild unlike flax.
