    Man, you would really think that a group of people dedicated to personal growth and health would be interested in knowing about potentially harmful stuff going into their body. Everybody is more interested in being funny than taking a second to change their perspective on things.

    What are we supposed to read? All that's on there is a table of contents. At least I selected my favorite chapter title.
