right now im not bulking or cutting. i'm basically stayin at the bf im at now, and just want to make quality gains. im 6'2 at 206lbs at 11% body fat.
meal 1- 3 eggs cheese/tomato on a bagel
meal 2- turkey sandwich w/ lettuce,tomato, and chicken salad
meal 3- proteien shake
meal 4- usually some pasta, and steak or fish
workout
meal 5- grilled chicken sandwich
meal 6- protein shake.
taking multi-vits in morning and night, and flaxseed oil after meal 1,2,5
