To much cardio?
Is there such a thing as to much cardio? I was thinking about doing cardio 5x a week. I was going to do 4 in the morning but my schedule does not permit me to do so, so I figured I would just add a day and do 3 at night and 2 in the morning. I have been trying to do it 40-45 minutes when I do cardio.

Are yo cutting or bulking. Bulking yea probably too much, cutting, no way.
Your night sessions, be sure and seperate them from your weightlifting, and do it 2.5 hours after your last small pro\fat meal.

What kind of cardio are you doing? Power-walking at 60-70% of MHR is best. Most say it's most effective in the morning on an empty stomach, w/ an ECA.

I try to do it in the morning when I can. If not I do it at night whever I can. I try not to do it when I am working out but last night I did. It was either do it then or just dont do it. I am on a cutting diet. I do power walking.

If you do it at night, do it like 2.5-3 hrs after a meal. If you have to do it when you work out, do it after you lift. I got flamed for doing it the other way around.
