    quick questions

I am on a cutting diet right now,I do cardio 5-6 times a week when i do it i usually do 30-40 minutes and i start for the first five minutes at a 5.0 pace then the next five min at 6.0 then 7.0 then 8.0 then 9.0 then 10.0 then i walk for 10 minutes at an incline, Is this 2 much cardio? Also I have been eating sugar free popsicles and sugar free jello a lot lately are these that bad? Also would it hurt me if i had a tablespoon of natty pb and a little sugar free jelly on some wheat bread? I had one the other night and it was great but I do what to screw my diet up.

From what I have read previously, the only thing I wouldn't agree with is the pace. I think it is best to be at a brisk walk to maximize the affect, if you run at the quicker pace I believe you will be burning muscle and not getting the result you are looking for.

Bread w/peanut butter while dieting would not be a good idea.

70% of MHR, and you'll being losing a lot more fat than at what I think you said was your personal level 10. Going all out means your body would be in an anaerobic state in which the percentage of fat calories being burnt are a like 15% vs. 85% @ 70%/MHR.

You never want to go too fast when doing cardio. 70% of you max heart rate is perfect. Going higher than that you might breack down muscle tissue. Stay in your target heart rate for about 30-40 minutes.
Even fast walking can do the job.

you would think though by running you would burn more fat though cause your sweating more and burning more calories, I dont know ive been running hard for the past month or so and ive been cutting i guess i will have to change to walking, which is way easier anyways

A lot of people get good results just by walking fast, that way you can avoid muscle loss better. If you want to keep running that is fine, just don't go over 70% of your target heart rate.
Diet and supplements are also very important.

    210 - 1/2 your age - 1% of your total body weight + 4 = Predicted Maximum Heart Rate

202.59 is your maximum? If so, 70% is 141.183. 23.53 beats every 10 sec.
