N-Large 2 for PWO
im tryin to build my diet for this upcoming cycle. im kinda busy during the day with graduate school, so i dont have alot of time to eat. do you guys think that a serving of N-large 2 would make for a good PWO meal? 1 serving has 50 g protein and 80 grams carbs. The source of the carbs is maltodextrin. what do you think?

Another quick option is dextrose/whey mixed w/water pwo. That's quick/simple, and allows you better portion flexibility.

so do you not like the N-large option at all? reason i ask is cuz i have a 10lb bucket of this crap from back when i was going to get big naturally (hahah). Being the poor bastid that i am i dont want to waste anything.

I am sure swolecat will comment but, I personally love the stuff. Depends on your genetics, and your goals if it should fit in or not. If your not going to be a competing bodybuilder, and are trying to gain mass, I don't see why not? Not the healthiest thing for you but I use it becuase:
I am not a body builder.
I am a hard gainer, even when I eat like a machine.
The high end of body fat for me is 10%-11%, no matter what I eat and I can drop 2% points if I get strict for 4 weeks or so.
