I use 96% lean, and it's 25 grams pro, 4.5 grams fat per 4 ounces.

I use 93% and its 23g protein, 8g fat per 4oz. Except i cook the sh!t out of it until its dry as a popcorn fart then i drain it. So hopefully the fat content is lower.

Christ, that's gotta be a crime. Ruining a pefectly good piece of beef by taking all the flavor out of it. There's nothing wrong with a little fat, bro. Your body needs it.

i use a black angus cut ground beef which still retains a ton of flavor. when you eat 1lb of it divided in 2 meals you dont want too much fat. thats 32 grams fat in just 2 meals if you dont cook the fat off.

Yeah, and it's saturated so you don't want too much of that kind of fat.

    Good method Mike!

Yummmmm I eat atleast 1 lb of beef a day. A very cheap source of protein, and tasty as hell!
