I was in a pinch for breakfast, ate one of my pre-made meals.
meal 1, 1 chicken breast, pasta shells, about 1.5cups cooked with a slice of fat free cheese
meal 2, 1 chicken breast, 4 asparagas spears, 1/2 cup white rice
meal 3, Wendy's 1 small chili, 1 plain baked pototao
meal 4, 1 can tuna with fatty mayo some relish mixed in a bowl-eat with a spoon
Workout
meal 5, PWO shake, 2 scoops vanilla egg protein with water, and apple juice (8 oz) mixed well.
meal 6, 1 chicken breast, 1 cup white rice, some soy sauce
meal 7, 6 oz. lean ground beef, 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, or spinach or both mixed well
