What carbs do u hit when Bulking on AS?
here is a few i can come up from top of my head which i hope are clean complex carbs :)
Wholewheat Bread/Bagel
Oatmeal
Sweet Potatoe
Regular Potatoe
Brown Rice
Cereal(But the good kinds like raisin bran)
add more to the list plz? or tell me which carbs to stay away that i have in my list.........
what should probably be removed from your list (mainly cause of very high GI) :
breads (even wholewheat breads have highish GI's, rather get from other sources if possible), regular potato, cereals with fruit (cause they are all dry fruit and very high in sugar)
what to add:
whole cereals eg. hi fibre bran,
butternut/pumpkin,
multigrain wholewheat crackers (dont know names, here i get something called provita which is all complex carbs, no salt, hi fibbre, and very low GI :) , try find those types - great to snack on), wholewheat/buckwheat pasta, couscous, will try think of some more - im just in the middle of varsity :)
