Since I have a HUGE fascination in how minerals, vitamins efa's and antioxidants work I was thinking I could use this forum as motivation to read upp more on it and then share what I get to know.
Would anyone be interested in a complete breakdown of what functions the comon minerals and vitamins have, where they can be found and what ammounts we should eat, also how we should combine them for the best upptake and positive effects?
If the interest for that is big I might also then research efa's to try and figure out what the needs realy are(since honestly we dont get all we need from flax alone).
The last thing I would do is to compile a list of antioxidants and how they need to be combined to work(since most antioxidants alone doesnt realy work or can acctualy be harmfull).
Let me know if that would be something you guys would like to read.Im not sure if I even can do all that or how long it would take though(since Im studying for a HUGE maths exam right now). The vitamins and minerals should be the easiest thing I recon. But it has to be divided into what peopled with fast vs slow metabolism need and so on so its a bit more complex then it might seem initialy.
