does gatorade have too many calories in it to be in ur diet when cutting? i drink about 32 ounces of it during my workout and notice i have more energy with it than when i drink water. i'm one of those people that is skinny everywhere but my belly. and it seems to never go away. i was thinking about clen but i dunno how its taken and am currently on eca stack. still working out my diet but having a lot of trouble knowing which foods to buy.
