meal timing...
couldn't find anything in the stickies on this...i know it will depend on what's eaten, but how long between meals? After breakfast, it looks like some go 2 1/2 hrs. After shakes? i do 2 hrs. What about after a solid pro/fat meal, like tuna and some mayo...3 hrs? Any input appreciated...

I stick to 2-3 hours for most meals.
PWO - 15mins PWO
PPWO - 1-1.5hours after your PWO shake.

I think it also depends on how much you are eating. If you need to eat 8 times a day and your only up for like 16 hours then you need to eat every two hours. General rule is 2-3 hours.

2-3 hours per meal. But if you get hungry in between those times, either bump up the calories per meal or eat more often. If I eat a meal at 8 am, I plan on eating again at 1030 am. If I get hungry before that I'll try to drink some more water to see if I'm dehydrated. If that doesn't cut it, I eat away. Try to alternate meals as well, <ex.>meal 1 pro/carb, meal 2 pro/fat...etc.

I stick to the 2.5 hrs between meals but if times are hard and i am busy i will go 3hrs if need be.
