Healthy night snacks
i often get hungry about two-three hours after dinner. what are some healthy snacks to have at this time? sometimes i have salad, or pb&j. but often other times i find myself eating a bag of chips or something. my diet is good and this is lagging me down. what are some good snacks for me?

You might as well eat a bag of chips if you eat a pb&j...
Try a protein/fat snack like tuna and mixed nuts... or just have some will power.

milk n oreos!!!!
it depends on whether you are cutting or bulking and the amount of kcals you have alloted for each day. 2-3 hours after dinner 4 me means it is time for another whole food meal.

bro if you are cutting then chips and pbj's should stay at the grocery store. Do something like fitnessguy recommended.

i eat a few almonds, or a little scoop of peanut butter, just to have some taste in my mouth. It's more a mental thing. Egg whites, turkey slice, cottage cheese, there are ton of things you can eat late at night. Eating late at night and before bed isn't a bad thing.

You SHOULD eat a protein/fat meal right before bed to keep from going catabolic during the night.

Chicken or tuna and a bag of microwave hot-n-spicy pork rinds. Great taste and low in saturated fat, not to mention the protein from the pork to boot.
This is a snack, not a nightly thing...
