    Picky eater...

Hey thanks for all the great info here
here goes...I am a pretty picky eater. I HATE tuna (I know what can I do?) and can't eat mayo. So Tuna is out of the question. I noticed that most people eat tuna during the day. I also work 7am-5pm. So getting up at 5am to make egg whites is out of the question. So for morning/mid-morning meals what would be a good alterative to tuna and eggs? I do love natural PB, peanuts, almonds. Trying to tone up a bit for the summer before putting on some weight. 165lbs 10%bf 25 years old

    Meal 1:
1/2 cup oats with sf maple syrup
    "ON 100% whey" 1 scoop

    Meal 2:
This is the one I don't know what to do...
    Peanut butter?
    Atkins yogurt?

After these 2 meals I am pretty much set. Just have a hard time getting enough pro in the morning/afternoon.

make eggwhites nite before then pop them in microwave.

meal 2 needs a source of good protein.
nuts have too high a fat to protein ratio.

nuts are also an incomplete source of protein. I fry my eggs up the night before b/c i have to wake up about the time also. Doesn't also smell so good but it does the trick. Ever try using the canned chicken? I love that stuff.

I hate tuna too... but its cheap and it's an effective way to reach my goals. Try putting Frank's Hot Sauce on a can of tuna and mixing it up, it makes it taste much better.
