    Question Problem!

I wake up at least three to four times a night starving and end up eating crap because I am unprepared. I eat a late meal and have a protein shake before bed but I still wake up almost in pain with hunger, any suggestions?

I want a clean (food wise) solution . I'm thinking have another shake or eat some chicken , I don't know?

ps. eat 6-8 meals a day if you can, that should help your appitite problem and also help with your diet. 3 big meals a day thing isnt a good thing IMO, especially with a "killer cycle" have you read the bulking/cutting stickies?

It's the juice combined w/ not enough whole food. Eat more, and get some cottage cheese and eat that when you wake yp in the middle of the night.
