Bros I'm starting my bulk diet in 2 day. I usually cook 1 cup oatmeal (raw) in 2 cups water. and scramble my egg whites. i'm thinking what if I dont cook that 1 cup oatmeal and just throw the raw oats in a blender with 1 scoop of whey protein. will it have the same effect as if it was cooked? if not, please explain why not. it would be the same 54 grams of carbs, just minus the 2 cups of water.
