Bros I'm starting my bulk diet in 2 day. I usually cook 1 cup oatmeal (raw) in 2 cups water. and scramble my egg whites. i'm thinking what if I dont cook that 1 cup oatmeal and just throw the raw oats in a blender with 1 scoop of whey protein. will it have the same effect as if it was cooked? if not, please explain why not. it would be the same 54 grams of carbs, just minus the 2 cups of water.
yes, I know a few people who do this regualy. Also Some will do this for PWO2
I figured that it would be ok. I use to just throw in my 10 egg white in the blender with 1 scoop of whey protein and drink it. then i learned it was not so healthy to do the raw egg whites. then I started to pour the 10 egg whites into my oatmeal while I was cooking it. that was pretty good. just trying to find ways to cut time.Quote:

any idea where to get pasteurized egg whites? my supermarket (pathmark) and local costco doesn't carry that. any site where i could order from?

Also you might try a local Max Muscle if they have one in your area.
I get my egg whites from the super market. I go to Albertsons or Frys. When I lived in MI. I use to get them at Kroger's or Farmer Jacks
