I'm trying to cut down to about 13% bodyfat in 2 months for summer. It's going to be rough. Tell me what to add/take away from this sample diet.
7am: 2 cups liquid egg whites, oatmeal
10pm: Turkey slices with mayo
1pm: 50grams whey protein, oatmean (preworkout)
2:30pm: PWO shake with 40grams protein and 80grams dextrose
4pm: chicken breast with peanuts
7pm: Tuna/mayo
10pm: Cottage cheese / peanuts
