OK, here is the deal. I am currently running:
500mg Test E/wk
400mg EQ/wk
100mg Fina/EOD
I am also taking in 5500 calories a day and in the last 8 weeks I have put on 30lbs. In two weeks I will be replacing the TEST E with TEST P which begins my 7 week cutting phase..Here is the question. For someone who is 250lbs with 15% body fat, how many calories a day should I be doing in order to drop a considerable amount of weight without that weight being muscle. Also, how many grams of protein, carbs, and fat.
P.S. For cardio I will be jogging for 30-40 minutes 4 times a week on an empty stomach firtst thing in the morning.
