    Sucralose is Splenda.

I hear they are great, but I'll pass on the soy.

Not as accessible to muscle. I hear it has a poor amino profile, but good if you want to prevent breast cancer! That's what my mom says when I give her $hit for downing all those soy shakes!

Man, that sux, I saw Sly plug it on Howard Stern, and was going to get some.

Swole- If I got it and took a bunch of bcaa's w/ it, would it be beneficial?

You can make your own with no fat pudding n whey protein. just do a 50/50 ratio, so if u put 10 scoops of whey, just put enough pudding powder thats equal to the scoops of why, then there u go 10 serving sof about 25 grams of protein, depending on nutritional facts of ur protein

Instone rocks, it taste good, but it all depends on your goals and how far you are willing to go, to achieve them. I was addicted to them this summer when I took time off, but now I would not include it in my diet.
