7:30-bowl of natural oatmeal, five egg whites and 30 grams of whey protein

10:30- two small chicken breasts and 2 servings of pasta roni

1:30- lean body protein bar and one peanut butter sandwich

4:30- steak and baked potato

7:30- chicken breast or tuna,two slices of natural wheat bread

10:30-time released protein mix

I have 500 gr of cottage cheese every 2 hours!

then around 1 pm I might have some meat and vegetables and after workout, around 6 pm I eat pasta, rice meat etc.

Hey Doof, just thought I'd suggest this. I usually eat a lot of tuna. Just came across a pretty good way to eat it. I take dry solid tuna and put a little bit of Buffalo Sauce on it. It's great!!!!
