Sup guys is it cool to eat 1 cup brown rice with tuna about 2 hrs before cardio
thats good...but the best time to do cardio is in the morning on empty stomach
yeah i know but dont have the time on my cardio days it my schedual goes like....
830-9 egg whites bowl of low sugar oat meal
1100-1 can of tuna mix with i cup cooked brown rice
1:15- 1 scoop whey in water its about 110 cals all protein.
then around 3 pm i hit the cardio for 30-40 mins
If you're using cardio while cutting, only whey and/or bcaa's before training will do to protect your muscles from protein degradation.

You guys can justify your excuses any way you want... but bottom line is, the fat on your body isn't going to give two $hits what you SAY or your reasons for doing a certain thing.
its not like im eating right before cardio i said i eat 2hrs before still you dont think that enough time
