[B](based on the fact that this meal is post cardio, I would make this a pro/fat meal stick to an eggwhite omlette with broccoli and flax seed oil)

(can you make this chicken breast, veggies, and flax?)
and on my non-workout days I will delet my PWO meal and replace the oatmeal in meal 1 and the sweet potato in the next meal with 1 tbsp of flax. Other than that do you think im taking in enough food. Thanks
