so after my workout i drink 35g of protein with 70g dextrose. but after i drink it, i loose my appetite for an hour or two. so my question is, is 35g of protein enough for post workout if i dont eat a meal within the hour or two.

You should try to eat again and have a 2nd pwo meal.
I get hungry as sh*t after that first offering.

yeah i just forced myself to eat some mahi mahi and potatoes,pb and j w. banana. for caf. food its was mad good. but now its 30 mins later and im ****in starvin, im actually bout to go eat now. i guess i will force myself to eat.
