    flax question...

    is taking the pills the same as the liquid stuff? i assume it is, but since i'm cutting out shakes, i can't imagine downing that shit by itself...

    the liquid is alot better, i found the pills to be alot cheaper

    They aren't cheaper when you tally up how many you have to take per dose to equal 1 tablespoon.
