Hey I just need a little help tweaking my diet. I am exactly 4 weeks out of my "show" date (honestly it's a beach day but this will give me show practice).
What should my macro breakdown be for cutting if I'm 192 pounds? I'm trying to cut as much fat while retaining the most muscle obviously but what's the macro break down?
Like 200 grams of protein, 150 grams of carbs and 100 grams of fats sound good?
Protein- whey, chicken, tuna, eggs
Fats - almonds, flax
Carbs - Oatmeal
plus green beans here and there
I run before my first meal, then it's usually whey+almonds for my pro fat but what's a good amount of fat/pro for this meal?
And then I try and do a oatmeal/whey meal about 2 hours after to help retain muscle. Then pro/fat, then workout, and then pro/carb, then ppwo pro/carb, then pro/fat. sound good?
