Soo is it ok to eat green beans with your pro fat meal like greens mixed with olived oil and a piece of chicken?
and i have another quiestion for my cutting diet would it hurt to some low carb marinara sauce on my eggs for a pro fat meal? serving size is like 1/2 a cub and has 6 carbs and 1g sugar and i only use 2 spoons on my eggs , not sure if that would hurt the pro fat meal
