Today I had a crazy idea, to add some cellmass in my pwo shake it was 50%Dextrose, 50% Maltodextrin and 1 serving (16g) Cellmass. It Tasted like heaven. Question is. Is this OK? I'd love to do this forever. Any objections?
Cellmass only has 9.5 grams of carbs, no sugar, 3000mg of creatine ethyl ester malate (whatever that means:shrug: ). And 2000mg of Glutamine.
If you want creatine, I don't see why not.

I'll substitute it for my regular creatine because the grape flavor is awsome with the dex amd malto, but is it enough creatine, or should I drop a scoop of my creatine in there 5 grams, because I believe 3000mg = 3 grams correct me if I'm wrongQuote:

Well.... the norm has been 5g before and 5g after, unless things have changed. I don't use it anymore either so....
I Usually just use 10g after when bulking as i'm doing now so I'll settle with adding 5g to it making it 8gQuote:
