I've noticed many of you eat turkey burgers. Do you eat them with hamburger buns, and all? or just wrapped in lettuce?

I grill mine and eat them with mustard for a protien snack!
I have 2 of the ones from Costco with cheese for a fat/pro meal, or mixed with rice and my terriyaki sauce for a PWO2 meal.
Love 'em.

the only ones I can find are at Bj's and they have 21g prot/9g fat each![]()
These have 25 grams of pro and 3 grams of fat per patty.

i like um too, but they have too much cholesterol for me, so once in a while
The Turkey Store/Jennie-O puts out some lean turkey patties, 4 patties 1/4 lb each in the box for less than $4. I tend to eat all 4 for a lunch meal at least 5 days per week. Usually eat 3 of them with a multi-grain bread and the other with my hand or if being civil, a fork. Season them while cooking in olive oil spray with black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder, tastes delicious and what I described is a clean bulking meal.
Which ones are you eating??Originally Posted by diesel21
