After messing around with the diet some more, based on some advice, this is what I came up with for a cutting diet...let me know what ya'll think,as I'm looking to start this thing ASAP. I was also looking for some advice for what to do on non lifting days; I was thinking about just keeping everything the same but just dropping the dextrose. BTW....I'm 6'3", 235 lbs, not sure about bf%. Thanks!
AM Cardio
Meal 1: (pro/fat)
1 whole egg, 5 egg whites
1 scoop whey protein in water
1 cup brocolli
1 tbsp. flax
Meal 2: (pro/fat)
8oz. chicken breast
2 cups brocolli
1 tbsp. of flax
Meal 3: (pro/fat)
2 scoops whey protein in water
1 tbsp. flax
Workout
Meal 4: (pwo...pro/carb)
2 scoops of whey protein in water
60 grams of dextrose
multivitamins
Meal 5: (pro/carb)
8 oz. ground turkey
1 cup brown rice
2 cups brocolli
Meal 6: (pro/fat)
Mix all of the following:
2 scoops of whey protein
1 whole egg, 3 egg whites
1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. splenda
1 tbsp. flax
Totals: 2956 cal, 108 g fat, 148 g carbs, 364 g protein
