No milk for me doofy. Too much fat, not enough protein.
Besides, it gives me gas...

Keep in mind that my goals may be different than yours. I am prone to a high BF % so I have to be very careful.
Brown rice and veggies is where I get most of my complex carbs.
I boil an entire package of brown rice, spice it up a bit with onion powder, pepper & misc stuff and I keep it in the fridge for the week.
I do the same with the veggies (broccoli, spinach etc.)
I save the simple carbs for after workouts.
Fat free milk just tastes too bad for me.

I've acquired a taste for it now. Can't really tell the difference. I get most carbs from the bread group - oatmeal, tortillas, muffins, bagels.
I drink skim like mad doof...close to a gallon a day. Now that I'm thinking about it, I drink like 4 gallons of fluid a day, that's friggin' crazy

I am drinking a lot of skim milk, I like it but I am concerned even though there is no fat that there is a lot of sugar. I am thinking if I want to drop the body fat a couple of points that it would be the first thing in my diet to go.
Milk is so bad for me. It makes me sick, is high in carbs, high in sugar, and high in fat. I have a lactose intolerence so I get deathly ill when I drink the stuff.
When I want milk I drink sugar free soy milk. Its low in fat, carbs, and fat and higher in protien.
