there's been alot of theories on what the recommended daily protein intake is for athlete's and people who weight train, ive read studies that say all you need is 1.5g of pro/kg all the way to 2+g/lb, so what do you guys think is the right amount?

well i asked ratio but never got a straight answer! and thats the problem everything i read has different opinions, i jsut read a book that stated the most a trainee needs to build muscle is 1g/lb see what i mean...this site for example advocates a 30p/40c/30f ratio, which isnt what ive found in the search, so it's either i go with the theoretical approach or the practical, this is why im still unclear.
Trial and error bro, just try an approach and change it up and see what works best for you.
