What if nothing but protien shakes?
Question is what if you drank nothing but protein shakes. But took your vitimins daily. What whould happen? Would it be a good idea to do for a couple weeks to loose weight?

Your metabolism would slow to a halt in about 1.5 weeks or less first and foremost. Then, you're up sh*ts creek w/out a paddle. There are a lot of other negatives to doing this, but that is probably the most important.

real food will do a body good as it will contain different aminos and like alpha said, u need those essential fats in there. not to mention you won't go crazy.. i think you would go nuts living off protein shakes

Eating whole foods also has a thermogenic affect on your body.

Yah , it was just a thought....I'll just use the shakes for PWO only.
