what does everyone drink? I mean I drink alot of fluids, mostly tropicana juice, tomato juice,grape juice,milk,apple juice. Not a whole lotta water, say like 2 glasses a day.
I mean I get ALOT of my calories from liquids, yes sugary ones at that. I try and drink "natural" juices as opposed to like McCain etc.
but, I want to keep my diet as clean as I can and was just wondering what these juices will really do in the long run.... I understand tropicana is sugary and will add fat...
what about everyone else? whatcha drinkin?
