We all know about food what about drinks?
what does everyone drink? I mean I drink alot of fluids, mostly tropicana juice, tomato juice,grape juice,milk,apple juice. Not a whole lotta water, say like 2 glasses a day.
I mean I get ALOT of my calories from liquids, yes sugary ones at that. I try and drink "natural" juices as opposed to like McCain etc.
but, I want to keep my diet as clean as I can and was just wondering what these juices will really do in the long run.... I understand tropicana is sugary and will add fat...
what about everyone else? whatcha drinkin?

juice = sugar. simple enough... You might as well drink pop and take a multivitamin... When cutting, all i drink is water, green tea, and black coffee...

If you wanna keep your diet clean, then cut all that shyte out.
I drink water(1 gallon/day), a diet soda or crystal light here and there. Some iced tea w/ splenda, maybe.

All I drink is water, coffee and skim milk (1 cup a day).

diet drinks have 0 calories so its okay every now and then.
me, water and beer. i like water a lot!
