question about DEXTROSE

I never used dextrose before, can any one explain anything about it please?!

its corn sugar
used for PWO1
has not other purpose to me but for spiking insulin levels and replenishing glycogen levels after i work out

dextrose = corn sugar = glucose

Used in 2:1 ratio PWO with whey. Can also do 1:1:1 ratio of maltodextrin:dext:whey.
