Who cares dude what they say. Just take the maximum amount, and if you ge find your gettin to fat, slowly cut it down. But i would cut excess fats and carbs away first.
Im a big believer in ramping the protein up to superhuman levels.
Im sure those pros get like 600-800 grams a day. I know i would if i was them. But who knows what the pros do. They all lie about what they do anyway to confuse the rest of us so we can't get as big as them and beat them. It's called "Schwarzzeneggering". For instance, Jay Cutler supposedly eats only 300grams of protein a day. Bullshit! I eat more than that. 300 is such an easy number to get in, even without supps. How could a huge pro only eat 300? Please.
Don't worry about it. Go as high as you can without getting too fat.

i dono i just always always hear people saying u can only take in a certain amount every 2 or so hours, being that why u should split your meals up, but if theres no evidence then ill jus stick to my 5 meals instead of 8

personally more than 300 won't make a difference... how bout i go eat 600 grams a day and see if i'll look better.. not a chance!
Everyone is different. My body can handle a different amount of protein than yours can... as Swole can handle a different amount than others can. You'll know if you're getting to much protein, by the unbareable gas, bad breath, and possible weight gain.
i have horrible gas, do i get too much protein? 330 a day about!
