Hows my diet :)
whats up,
im about 6'3 300 pounds.........and im a really picky eater so this is the diet i came up w/, i plan on eating about every 2 hours, tell me how it sounds?
-Glass of water w/ L-glutamine
-Cardio
-meal 1
bowl of cereal
or
4 egg whites with fruit
-meal 2
toasted crossaint w/ ham and fruit
- Weight Training
-meal 3
protein shake
-meal 4
Lean Protein and veggies
-meal 5
Lean Protein and broccoli or green beans or rice
-meal 6
protein shake and flax oil
I was wondering how bad the crossiant w/ ham is? and am i eating enough? are my sides for diinner ok? im assuming it needs alot of work

wow thats bad. Check out the stickies bro before you make your diet. They should give a good idea to what it should look like. What are your goals?

whats up, i was going by the cutting diet, i want to lose fat and gain lean muscle.......i want to change my lifestyle! i planned on setting 10 pound goals, and not going over 50 pounds, when im to a weight i like, then just maintain that weight.....

i did check out the cutting diet, can you give me some tips on changing mine? and i think my bmi was over 30%

lol i was about to do my usual "too much time on my hands critique whole diet for them" routine but i didnt know where to being
it has no relevance to the cutting sticky whats so ever

heres the cutting diet sample i read....like 4 of my meals are the exact same, am i looking at the wrong cutting diet?
Meal 1:
Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax
Meal 3:
Veggies, Lean Protein
Workout
Meal 4:
PWO Nutrition
Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.
Meal 6:
Shake with Flax
