Hey guy's I wake up every morning about 4:30am to hit the gym, I work out until about 6:10 to 6:20 but I go into work about 7. That gives me 20 minutes to get ready for work and another 20 to fix some breakfast up, the only problem is that when I'm done with my shake and jump in the shower I get out and feel a little tired to make my egg whites and stuff, does anyone have a quick recipe of something that would make a good quick breakfast?
