Hey all....quick question as I am unsure of what is best in this situation.
I do morning cardio at 65-75% MHR and I do a pro/fats meal after that...
However, what would be best if I do a PM cardio as well? Cardio at night is not a staple for me, but I do two in one day every now and then while I am cutting. What would be best for my meal after that?
I was figuring it wasn't enough to warrent Dex really, so just another pro/fat meal?
