Oats question
Is it true that eating uncooked oats is the same as cooked oats?

Why would you want to eat uncooked oats?
I blended some and put it into my PWO shake and it was God-Awful!

Cook? You put oats in a bowl with water and place it in the microwave!

Part of my response was centered around another thread that he responded to in the Lounge, long story.
Anyhow, I don't think we have to beat the dead horse again in regards to raw eggs, DO WE? If anything, the fact that cooking them makes them MORE bio-available would be reason enough to cook them.

I eat it uncooked, it´s not that terrible. Just add ´em to your whey shake and drink. It´s quick and tastes good
