    Oats question

Is it true that eating uncooked oats is the same as cooked oats?

Why would you want to eat uncooked oats?
I blended some and put it into my PWO shake and it was God-Awful!

Part of my response was centered around another thread that he responded to in the Lounge, long story.

Anyhow, I don't think we have to beat the dead horse again in regards to raw eggs, DO WE? If anything, the fact that cooking them makes them MORE bio-available would be reason enough to cook them.

HaHA!. I live in Baja and raise my own chickens. No sal here. Use them anyway you want. Cooked or uncooked, doesn't matter.
