2. I have usually avoided them, but open reading the label (whole wheat, soyabean oil,salt) wonder if TRISCUTS are something I can eat. I have a family event every 1-2 weeks and there's so much I can't eat. I'd like to be able to eat at least something there. Not my first pick by anymeans...3.
