ok i already eat greens with my pro/fat meals because i know that they dont affect blood sugar levels
i also know that corn, peas and carrots will elevate them and so should be avoided with a pro/fat meal
but are there any others to be avoided, for instance what about peppers (all colours)? i have recently been eating these with pro/fat meals and really enjoying them but realised i didnt know for sure how they affected insuling/blood sugar
any ideas? any other veggies to avoid?
