Think of Clen as an ECA stack. This is what it is basically, however, it does have a few extra perks over any ECA. In order to get ripped you need to lower your cal and carb intake, up protein and up cardio. Clen will help you burn more calories, but unless you diet, you wont get ripped. Very simple. Clen does have ab advantiage over ECA since it stays in your blood stream for about 12 hrs, as opposed to 4hrs with ECA.
I read somewhere that clen is not for ketosis diets, so lower your carbs, but not too low. I'll try to find that post.
