Just eat egg whites, you don't need the yolk.

    you dont wanna know...

take yolks mix them in w/ a lil bit of mayo/mustard/splenda mix it up then spoon it out into the left over eggwhite halves..
so bascially your eating hardboild eggs w/ maybe an extra 2g of fat of mayo on each depending on the amount of mayo used in the mixing

I use both mayo and mustard in mine and top with chili powder to give it more flavor...just food for thought...

    Deviled Eggs Recipe:

    12 large eggs
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons mustard (I use spicy mustard)
    Salt and pepper
    Chili Powder

Place eggs in a saucepan with water to cover plus 1 inch. On medium-high heat, bring the eggs to a low boil. After 15 minutes from the time they start to boil, remove the pan from the stove and run cold water directly on the eggs for a few minutes. Peel under cold running water, also.

Halve the eggs lengthwise. Remove the yolks, place them in a small bowl, and mash them with a fork. Add mayonnaise and mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Spoon the mixture into the egg-white halves. Garnish each with a sprinkle of chili powder.

I make this many then keep them in the fridge for a snack. By no means is it a great meal while cutting but it can easily work into your macro's while maintaining and bulking.

Thanks for the input, bros. I'm really getting sick of eating plain ol' hard boiled eggs.

Do any of you use paparika for seasoning/garnish?
