Help with a girls diet!

I help guy friends of mine put together diets that work, but never took a stab at helping a girl. shes 122 lbs, naturally shes like 105 so shes liek 17 lbs overweight. Anyone have some sample diets or advice to help her lose weight?

Your approach or guidelines is going to be the same. However calories will need to be lower.

still dependendent upon the individual .. i have seen some mammoth womenz that could burn more than me

I guess i was just unsure about calories and stuff. Im used to dealing with dudes over 220 lbs so somebody half their size im assuming cut the cals in half? Does 1.5-2 grams of protein per lb of body weight still apply?

Sarcasm all.....sarcasm. I was shocked he had these questions and was "helping" people on a regular basis. I would think he/she would know a heck of a lot more was my only point.
