Need some suggestions on my diet

I am 25 yrs old, 6'1 182 pounds, BF% around 18-20 I think. This is a diet I have been starting and wanted to make sure it passes your guys test. I want to cut some fat and get lean muscle. If it needs some fine tuning let me know.

    1 Ephedrine pill
2 Max Muscle Max Lean pills (has caffeine and such)

CARDIO (50 min of 75% HR either elyptical or walking; plus I do abs too)

    Meal #1
    Quaker Oats (1/2 cup)
    Sugar Free Jam (2 tablespoons)
    ON 100% Whey Protein w/glutamine (2 scoops)
    Multi-Vitamin
    410 cal, 51 pro, 43 carb, 6 fat

    Meal #2
    Steak (6 oz)
Low Fat Swiss Cheese (2 slices)
    418 cal, 56 pro, 0 carb, 19 fat

    LIFT

    Meal #3
ON 100% Whey Protein (2 scoops)
    Sweet Tarts (2 rolls)
    640 cal, 46 pro, 104 carb, 3 fat

    Meal #4
    Chicken Breast (6 oz)
    White Rice (1 cup)
    500 cal, 54 pro, 58 carb, 3 fat

    Meal #5
Can of Tuna Fish (5 oz)
    Fat Free Mayo (2 tablespoons)
    205 cal, 37 pro, 5 carb, 2 fat

    Meal #6
    EvoPro Protein Drink (2 scoops)
    Flax Oil (1 tablespoon)
    420 cal, 52 pro, 6 carb, 20 fat

    TOTALS: 2593 cal, 296 pro, 216 carb, 53 fat

On non-lifting days, I still do cardio and keep the diet the same except I cut out the sweet tarts and eat only 1/2 cup of white rice instead of 1 full cup.

Suggestions? Advice? Does this look ok?

I am still learning (hence my name), so I will prolly sound super ignorant, but Mayo is an EFA? I thought only peanut butter, flax and other fats with omega's were EFA's? Is using real mayo over the low fat going to be better for me? If that's the case why do people stress low fat diets so much. Sorry for all the questions, I just want to learn.

And is there anything else wrong with my diet or is that just it? Thanks!

no mayo isnt an efa.. he meant the cheese... are you leanin up? bc if i were u, id drop cheese completely for a while. the rest looks ok, if your leaning up, its not contest so it should make some sort of a dent in your BF... did u put up stats?
