How bad are diet pepsi & diet coke for a diet?
The contents say 1 calorie & the drink contains no sugar...how much harm do these have towards a healthy diet?

I dont think its too bad bro... thats why the first word in it is DIET
-
ofcourse it's bad for you, that crap ain't nothing but, Co2 gas, water, phosphoric acid, artificial color, and artificial sweetner
-
therefore nutrition value=0 plus H2SO4 (phosphoric acid) which is bad for you

there is a lot worse crap you can put in your body. i'd say you would have to be pretty picky to cut 'em out for health reasons.

Not too bad. I wouldn't strive to get my water intake from them, but if I'm in need of something sweet and fizzy a Diet pop is always a nice getaway.

They're not too good for your health (stomach...) but they are great for dieting

The whole point of a DIET coke is to substitute it when you get a craving for a REGULAR coke. Don't substitute them for water or anything, just ask a craving fix.
